With version 0.1.16, when I run npm i -g neon-cli and then neon build, I get the following error:

module.js:472
    throw err;
    ^

Error: Cannot find module 'ts-typed-json'
    at Function.Module._resolveFilename (module.js:470:15)
    at Function.Module._load (module.js:418:25)
...

This commit moves the affected module to the production dependencies and thus fixes the error.


          Add ts-typed-json to dependencies
