Implementation of RFC 20 ("module re-organization").

Status: major reorg done and tests passing.

  • neon::thread
  • neon::mem
  • neon::js::*
  • Add prelude
  • Review API docs
  • Consider adding ErrorKind::throw and/or throw! (meh, not worth it)
