Add basic(tm) nginx, fpm and redis to docker dev setup.
WHY nginx & fpm: Handle requests faster and in parallel.
WHY redis: faster cache.
This makes neos performance a lot better, but also introduces a lot of complexity to the setup with 3 new tools.
So this might be up to discussion.
