UI internationalization

Please add support for internationalizing the solrwayback UI. It would help translating the UI into different languages without having to rewrite the files after an upgrade. We could contribute the Hungarian translation.

This will probably not make it into the 3.2 release.

It will probably make it later in version 4 but not in the first version 4 bundle release.
First we need to fix all bugs, implemented the features and then ship it.

@vitezg - good news on this issue! @mw0000 has taken a very good first step at this. When #235 is completed there will be a very short path for adding the Hungarian translation.

Unfortunately it will not make it in the v5.0 release comming soon. Memento API was prioritized due to resources available. But now I18N is first priority.
