This PR fixes the best route selection process when comparing the current selected route to the newly chosen one where the worse route has been kept. Additionally, this PR decreases the threshold in latency needed for a new route to be considered better (the threshold is used to avoid frequently alternating routes due to similar latency, this way archiving connection stability).
