These files are used to store the toolbar configurations.
Without this, okular does not follow the user configuration for toolbars and keyboard shortcuts when launched inside the firefox sandbox (for eg., while opening a downloaded PDF).

The default okular profile doesn't whitelist some config files which are used to store keyboard shortcuts and toolbar configuration. This pull request whitelists those files in
okular.profileandfirefox-common-addons.inc
