Device component counter updates erroneously when editing component

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a device
2. Create a console port on that device
3. Edit & save that console port

### Expected Behavior

The device's console port count should not change.

### Observed Behavior

The device's console port count increments by one each time the console port is saved.
