Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to event rules > Add.
  2. Enter the required fields and some text in the comments field.
  3. Attempt to preview the content as with similar objects.

Expected Behavior

There should be a "Preview" tab above the comments field.

Observed Behavior

There is no preview tab.
