Would like to be able to import circuits via .csv similar to what we are able to do with sites and IPs.

For the majority of my sites we have 2 circuits a pieces, sometime 3. Adding these by hand will be a bit of a time sink since we have around 300 sites.

Edit: Just noticed that the functionality exists, I can get there via the dropdown on the Circuits Menu. It just looks like the light blue button other views have is missing.
