required python-cryptography version cannot build on debian testing #751

Due to openssl playing fast and loose with API compatibility, Python's cryptography 1.4 package doesn't compile against the openssl version in Debian testing. Relaxing the constraint to >=1.4 results in a successful build, using cryptography 1.7.

Please consider relaxing the build constraint, or upgrading it to a later version of cryptography.
