Adds a third test module covering the UI views, inheriting from the standard NetBox views test suite.
Note many standard tests are currently stubbed out, and should be filled in where possible (not all will be until feature complete).
ALSO NOTE: this test suite presupposes the
ObjectTypechanges merged intofeature.
