OpenC2-cmd-gen June 2019

This release updates the supported commands to the latest openc2 language specification. This version adds the ability to generate openc2 commands save or read them via bookmarks or desktop shortcuts. If you find bugs, and you will, please report them to me and I'll fix asap.
