Significance tooltip is at wrong level?

For some reason only the significance field tooltip is obscured during mouse over. I suspect it got moved in the hierarchy?

@jdanish The "Significance" label was spilling over and overwriting the text entry, especially on smaller screens, so I hid the overflow from that.

I might have to look into other solutions, but having the "Significance" label overwright the text is really unacceptable.
