Hey, I'm Pedro and I'm back (see #779) hoping to help with another security suggestion!

I've noticed that netty/netty has a security policy (SECURITY.md), but netty-tcnative doesn't have one.

I'll send a PR with a draft policy (based on the netty/netty one) along with this issue. Another option would be to create a https://github.com/netty/.github repository and adding the security policy there. This would make the policy available for all projects under the Netty organization.

Fixes #780.

As stated in the issue, this PR adds a security policy to the project. I based it on the [netty/netty policy](https://github.com/netty/netty/blob/main/SECURITY.md). The one change I made was adding a 90-day remediation timeline, which is pretty standard. However, I'm more than happy to make changes as requested. Let me know!
