Description

With #174 cmd-nsc-vpp cannot restore connection on restarting

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Deploy NSM infrastructure
  2. Deploy vpp based endpoint
  3. Deploy cmd-nsc-vpp
  4. Do of container cmd-nsc-vpp (or imitate some unexpected issue such as OOM)

Actual: cmd-nsc-vpp creates new connection.ID
Expected: cmd-nsc-vpp restored connection by previous try connection.ID
