I would suggest that if the default values are changed for cyberpower models, that the ondelay be set to a default of 0, and the offdelay be set to 60.

Detailed arguments in #578

This effort would benefit from end-user testing that such defaulting would not break other CPS models.

I would like to suggest that the documentation be updated to explain this:

"For many Cyberpower UPSs, offdelay must be set to 0 for normal behavior. Setting off delay above 0 will restart the UPS regardless of whether or not power has returned, and setting offdelay below 0 will disable the auto-power-on function of the UPS, keeping it off when power returns."
