brainchop.org is an online front-end tool for automatic volumetric segmentation of T1 MRI volumes. The tool does not require any technical sophistication from the end-user and is designed for local and privately segmenting user’s T1 volumes. Therefore, users' raw data privacy is maintained by only processing it on their machines and avoiding sending raw data to the cloud or any external server. The results of the segmentation can be saved locally after the inference.
