Adds the specfile to the e2e test so metrics are checked.
The samples binaries for subscribing/publishing
/opt/mqm/samp/bin/amqssuband/opt/mqm/samp/bin/amqspubthrows an authorization error when trying to add noise in theDEV.BASE.TOPIC. This is why I added some topic metrics to the exclude list.
