Creates the calibration map

Input:

• filtered dst (selected Kr events)

tasks:

• bin Kr data in (x,y), monitor and check, Indicate fraction of active bins which have not enough Kr events
• tests for the binning
• create map, selecting a fit method, fit data, set parameters, error an p-value per bin. monitor, and check
• tests for the map creation
• regularize - fill bins with external information (default: use the mean)
• tests for the regularization

returns

• a dataframe with the calibrations per (x, y) bin
