fix(NcAvatar): Increase contrast of avatar status icon

• For [BITV] 9.1.4.11/4.1 - The online status indicator in the "settings" menu, represented as a green dot, does not meet the contrast requirements for informative graphics. The contrast ratio is below 3:1. The issue also affects the "away" icon. (3) nextcloud/server#41856

Is it the contrast of the icon to the background? I read the issue as if the color of the status indicator does not have enough contrast meaning the green on the white.

So we should maybe adjust the SVGs for the status icons (and use the --color-success etc variables, this this possible?) as the our variables are tested to have high enough contrast.
