Can't sync no files any more on one Android Smartphone.

Steps to reproduce

If i want to synchronize a file, Nextlcloud App attempt to download it, but can't. The file is in the temp folder - but is not transmitted in the right folder of the SD Card.
I deleted the App completely and installed new - same issue.

Normal synchronizing

I found the new version and installed it. Now it works.

I came here to report the same issue with 3.28.1 installed from the play store. Installing https://github.com/nextcloud/android/releases/download/stable-3.28.2/gplay-release-30280290.apk fixed it.
