Support counter proposals for invitations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a Nextcloud user I receive invites to meetings. When I can't make it to the suggested time I can only decline the event, and have to reach out through other channels to tell the organizer an alternative time that would work for me.

Allow me to enter a counter proposal right in calendar, with the option to decline too.

for anyone coming here: you can now do meeting proposals, which might be good enough for now (instead of counter proposals) #7072

but counter proposals probably still make sense to develop (?)

I think this still would be worth developing, although both are similar but not the same, this would serve a different purpose, you could counter a meeting invitation sent to you from another system like gmail or outlook, etc
