Display Privacy Policy link in footer of appointment booking page

Hi there,
the title kinda says it all. There's a definite need to display this where it's usually displayed (in the footer) because people are entering personal information. Ideally, there'd even be a checkbox to acknowlege the privacy policy. The current situation is absolutely not GDPR compliant.
