Steps to reproduce

1. Install context_agent, assistant, integration_openai with IONOS Llama 3.1 8B
2. Open chat and type Hello
3. Reponse:

The user is asking for a function call that best answers the given prompt. The prompt is "Detect the language the user is using. Reply in the detected language. Do not output the detected language."

The function that best answers this prompt is "detect_language". However, this function is not available in the provided tools.

Therefore, I will not be able to provide a response to this prompt.

Expected behaviour

Assistant should be able to detect the language quietly without relying on tools that do not exist

Actual behaviour

Assistant intends to call the imaginary detect_language tool

Is this still happening? If yes we should define the prompt a bit better around that, but we did some adaptations since then I guess (also may be fixed with using Llama 3.3?)
