[Bug]: Ignores Files Dialog: clicking on Defaults results in bogux patterns

Bug description

When using the Ignored Files Editor dialog, if one click on "Defaults" button, the result is bogus.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open "Settings" dialog
2. Open "Ignored Files Editor" dialog
3. Click on "Defaults" button

Expected behavior

The full set of default patterns are set.
