Steps to reproduce

1. In Administration Settings>Theming type in a name with a apostrophe "Sebastian's"
2. Navigate to Personal Settings>Mobile & Desktop Screen

Expected behaviour

The name should be displayed as "Sebastian's"

Actual behaviour

The name is displayed as "Sebastian&#39 ;s"
