Quick mailbox filter

Feature Request

As I user I want to filter my mailboxes temporarily to find specific messages. Like the ones I tagged to tackle later to work on my tasks. Or all that have attachments because I want to get my mailbox size down.

In Thunderbird this is called a Quick filter. It's a main menu entry that toggles an additional toolbar:

All known flags and tags should be selectable for the query.

Summary

Let the user filter a mailbox by flags and tags.
