Allow poll creator to share to external users via email

Under the Shares tab when creating the poll, it would be helpful to be able to type in an external user's email into invitations, which would create a link and email it to that user. Then the link could be deleted individually for that email address.

I currently get the error "No elements found. Consider changing the search query." I would like to be able to add and remove personal links to non-Nextcloud users.

Developed solution:
Enter email address and select the user

Email is sent out to some.user@foo.com
After the user enters a username, the share type is updated from email invitation to external share.
The initial share token stays valid.
