Describe the bug
On new page load, when selecting a new datetime for the poll, hitting OK submits datetime of Wed, Dec 31, 1969 4:00 PM
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Refresh your browser
Navigate to a poll and click on the options tab
Select the date picker
Notice that it indicates todays date.
Click OK WITHOUT selecting any other date.
Notice that the datetime submitted was Wed, Dec 31, 1969 4:00 PM, exact datetime may differ due to your timezones
Expected behavior
Either I should not be able to click OK or it should default to Today and the nearest next 15/30 minute increment(should match most users expectations)
Screenshots
Not necessarily useful here due to STR's but let me know and I can post some.
