Unable to change URL of Collabora Online Server: Undefined index watermark_...

Describe the bug
After activating the richdocuments app on a fresh nextcloud installation (16.0.5), i'm unable to change the Collabora Online-Server adress in the admin settings. The app complains that watermark indices are missing, see the nextcloud logs below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the richdocuments app
2. Go to Settings, Collabora Online
3. Change the Server address an click 'apply'
4. The text 'Saving...' occurred next to the apply button and never finishes

Thanks for the quick fix. After patching my installation, the errors in the log files don't appear anymore.

@juliushaertl and @rullzer this does not fix the problem with the broken settings page. Any option in the Collabora Online settings page is affected by this. To reproduce: Change something, wait some seconds and reload the page. All changes are reverted. Changing the URL and clicking on "apply" always results javascript error (see above). Any suggestions howto debug this or what i can do to provide more informations?
