[Bug]: Rich Workspace (readme.md) is not updated when clicking on favorite

Bug description

When you click on a favorite folder on the left pane, the readme.md displayed on the top of the file list is not updated.
If you leave a folder containing a readme.md, the readme.md stays on the top of the new favorite folder visited.
If the favorite folder you've just clicked have a readme.md, it is not displayed.

The folder "Projet Next" has a readme.md :

When clicking on the favorite folder "DSI" which doesn't have readme.md, the display of old readme.md stays here :

In the other way, if I am on the folder "DSI", there is no visible readme.md (it's normal) :

But if I click on the favorite folder "Projet Next", the readme.md of the folder is not displayed (it should !) :

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a folder having a readme.md displayed on top of the file list
2. Click on a (different) favorite folder on the left pan
3. See the readme.md not updated

Expected behavior

Readme.md displayed on the top of file list should be the one of the actual folder
