[Bug]: When file is deleted it is not visible in the trash bin

Bug description

When file is deleted it is not visible in the bin..
Files are in the bin because they visible in the mobile app.
If files are in the folder and folder is deleted folder and the files are visible in the bin..
This start after the last update to 30.0.2

P.S.
I have a very old folder (created 9 months ago) ...when I upload and deleted files in that folder everything is OK
only in new folders this issues appear.

Steps to reproduce

Create a folder.
Upload a file to the folder.
Delete the folder.
Check is the file in the bin.
Apply deleted file filter for example Modified -> Today and file appear.
Remove the filter file disappear.

Expected behavior

Doesn't matter from which folder file is deleted it must be visible in the bin
