[Bug]: "Undefined array key 0" when 'pwdpolicysubentry', 'pwdgraceusetime', 'pwdreset', 'pwdchangedtime' not exist

Bug description

When 'pwdpolicysubentry', 'pwdgraceusetime', 'pwdreset', 'pwdchangedtime' all not exist subsequent attempts to access the $result array generate:

Error PHP Undefined array key 0 at /var/www/html/nextcloud/apps/user_ldap/lib/User/User.php#751 2025-06-28T01:11:39+00:00

I will provide pull request shortly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup an LDAP backend for Nextcloud.
2. Create on LDAP backend default password policy but NOT user specific password policy, no 'pwdgraceusetime' and no 'pwdreset'.
3. Create new user. Do not change password after creation so 'pwdchangedtime' is empty.
4. Login to Nextcloud with user and see error. Login is still successful (can be progressed with back / forward browser sequence).

Expected behavior

Error PHP Undefined array key 0 at /var/www/html/nextcloud/apps/user_ldap/lib/User/User.php#751 2025-06-28T01:11:39+00:00 should not occur.
