Ensure we don't spend too much time in the file system setup when reading by only loading the actually useful mountpoints required to read the content of a folder

Advantages:

Would decrease significantly the setup time for an instance like c.n.c as we would only setup the mountpoints actually usefull for a PROPFIND

Disadvantages:

Some operations would be more expensive e.g. when sharing with a group containing 10 000 users

Notes on work distribution:

Single dev work to get the API right:

• user mount cache need to have some API to update the list
• use that API with an easy mount provider to show the limits, files_external for example

The implementation can be split per provider:

• sharing would be difficult, depending on how much we want to leave to false positive detection
  • can be done gradually
  • hard part is whenever the share owner looses his share permission
  • might have to accept to have user seeing non-accessible shares for some time
