"upcoming meetings" duplicated in 2 parts of the UI

I wouldn't name it "upcoming meetings" as it will be confusing to infer with meetings list in Topbar? should it be "meetings in common" or sthg similar ? @nimishavijay @nickvergessen

Follow-up, we need to find a better wording or explanation of the roles of both events lists.

• Recent group conversations (3 with most recent activity)
• Nice-to-have: If there are no shared items, show some action items like Create new text file Upload file or image Create a new poll etc (not in screenshot)

Good point. We could either do "Upcoming private meetings" in the top bar, or "Meetings with you and [name]" in the sidebar.

Rn it seems a bit confusing that these 2 lists of meetings show different things. Tbh I'm not sure if we need the upcoming meetings on the top, in the future we can just combine the 2 and show it only in the sidebar and just go with "Upcoming meetings" there. (For group conversations also)

Like it, but I would shorten it to 'Meetings with you' maybe? We have the name of the person just 100px above.

As alternative, I would use "Joint meetings" here, but don't now if it's understandable enough

Need to check how to handle duplicates, since data for these two is coming from different API requests. But then we should remove the button from 1-1?

Or keep it and open sidebar on click? (Like it's done for adding person for 1-1 call)

Keeping the "summary" (Next meeting at 7:30 PM) and opening the sidebar on clock sounds good. We should also move the "Schedule new meeting" button there then.

This should be the case already. Only assumption I can see is that it's the bug we fixed already with broken attachments and with too many shared events and they are incorrectly sorted and then the list is cut off before sorting by time
