Describe the bug
I believe viewer used the preview app to get a large thumbnail earlier, but gets the full image now. Unfortunately browsers don't support HEIC, so this doesn't work and is a regression.

To Reproduce
Upload a HEIC image in Nextcloud 25 and try opening it in Photos. The preview in Photos works after propre configuration, but viewer doesn't show the image.

Expected behavior
Should work.
