  • Set NXF_SYNTAX_PARSER to v2 by default
  • Deprecate the nextflow.enable.strict feature flag
  • Update unit tests to work with strict syntax
  • Fix a few bugs with the strict syntax along the way
  • Consolidate test harness for parsing/loading/running scripts into ScriptHelper

TODO:

  • Fix failing tests
