Warnings when running make livehtml locally:

…/docs/resource-collection.rst:149: ERROR: Unknown target name: "local development".
…/docs/groups.md: WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree
…/docs/infrastructure.md:52: WARNING: None:any reference target not found: ../src/authn/index.js
…/docs/infrastructure.md:190: WARNING: None:any reference target not found: ../src/authn/index.js

Tasks

  • Fix warnings
  • Add docs-ci to prevent warnings from slipping through in the future
