The current 1.0dev version contains compiled C++ code.
Check whether an installation process would be require for these codes

You don't need it actually: https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/iced/README.html

Include this in version 0.4.2 in your environment.yaml and you should be good already 👍

For the iced package, it's solved.
However, I also have a few C++ code such as build_matrix and cutsite_trimming

Is that tools of your own? It would be nicest if you could package these in bioconda then and make them available to the wider community -- also making the usage of only the conda nextflow environment possible 👍
