Question on biological replicates

I'm looking at the usage MD in docs and I can't seem to find how to specify biological replicates with rnaseq (however, I saw that you can with atac-seq). Does rnaseq have that capability?

Hi @sorozco07. Apologies for the late response. In contrast to the atacseq pipeline, this pipeline currently doesn't support design file input and so there is no way of obtaining that information. The relevant issue to add this functionality has been open for a couple of years now but hopefully we should get around to it soon. See here.
