QUALIMAP command exit 140 error

Description of the bug

I’m frustrated trying to figure out why the pipeline is crashing on a final process QUALIMAP. Everything other process has finished, while 12/15 of the files I have run have finished through the whole pipeline, but 3 seem to fail on this process and I cannot figure out why. Would appreciate some advice..
I am getting a 140 command exit error

Hi Michael,
This may be an issue of not enough resources requested. Have you tried increasing the time, or memory allocation?

I'm trying this now.. I just realised that the files failing are ones on the large size (they were heavily over-sequenced). I can report back but I assume this is probably the cause if you would like to close this issue.
