Description of feature

Is it possible to export the txi object gi as an R .rds object in the https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/blob/master/bin/salmon_tximport.r script? At the moment the pipeline exports the various count matrices as .csv files. However, in the DESeq2 vignette it suggests that if you are using tximport you should use the txi object rather than count matrix to,DESeqDataSetFromTximport,to create a DESeq2 object. This is linked to the issue #499
