Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently the button "Validate / Update Ontology Terms" has no functionality besides validating the annotation table of the active sheet.

Describe the solution you would like!

The annotation table of the active sheet shall be validated and the missing functionality of the Update Ontology Terms shall be restored.

When the main column is empty, remove the entries of property columns.

It is only a partial fix, the second half of the functionality of the button will be fixed in this Issue: #522
