Thanks a lot! I'm sorry it took so long for me to merge this. I'll try to make the UI layout more flexible because IIRC a few other languages suffer from the same problem. |

Recently the built-in overlay config panel has changed a lot, and the Chinese layout has some issues which caused layout problems, such as label is not aligned with checkbox, misplaced new dropdowns, etc.
This PR will fix Chinese problems and make the built-in config panel label aligned correctly.
