CTRL+I Now imports icon from owning library on icon editor

@svelderrainruiz I'm assuming the only change to the rtm file is adding the shortcut. What changed in the VI? |

@gregr-ni i saved the VI, since when i built the PPL, i got an error saying that the front panel could not be opened. However, i tried reverting back to the original branch and did the change again and i was able to build it without modifying the VI. I will revert the change to the VI |
