Points the SRCREV of this recipe to commit 3fe8a01 which contains the changes required for fw_env tools to work on artmemis. This commit includes changes the SRCREV in nilrt-u-boot.inc Signed-off-by: wkoe <wilson.koe@ni.com>

Looks good to me. Be aware that this change won't go into the 20.7 release branch (which was forked earlier this week.) That's probably correct, but I wanted to mention it.
I'll let @shruthi-ravi pull this, since she's the ambassador.
