meta-nilrt's BBFILE_PRIORITY needs to be higher than all other layers. Since meta-qt5-extra is at 20, increase meta-nilrt to 25. Signed-off-by: Chaitanya Vadrevu <chaitanya.vadrevu@ni.com>
