21.0.0 release of VeriStand Custom Device Message Library. This library is used as a built Packed Project Library (PPL) in the Routing and Faulting Custom Device 21.0.0 release. It is also used by other custom devices as source installed through the ni-veristand-<version>-custom-device-messaging-labview-support_21.0.0.10_windows_x64.nipkg package files.
