  • mp3 alarms are the most expensive I/O

Suppress alarms when they are just eating bandwidth.

Looks Like the mp3s are 500k or so.why not have tiny compressed files with low bit rates? If just for alarms, wouldn't seem to matter.

I think this issue should be closed now that @brianhanifin's #26 has been merged

Also mp3's could be nice if people want to use custom alarms.
