Apple TV tvOS Feature.

  • Working Core GameCenterManger on AppleTV tvOS. tvOS support #51
  • New AppleTV target added to example project
  • Major changes: Must use NSUserDefaults for data storage rather than plist.
  • AppleTV 9.0 +

- Needed for tvOS as the viewController does not prevent input flowing through into the app behind it. This has to be managed by the developer and these delegate functions are necessary.
